Please read below as these are our rules and policies.
THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING FOR THE PARTY BARGE ONCE IT IS BOOKED.
IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR SCHEDULED TRIP, YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BOOKING!
When booking a reservation online, Valid ID and Credit Card used to purchase must be shown to redeem the reservation. All pricing includes tax and a 20% Captain's service fee.
Rules for the Party Barge:
No trashcan punch, red wine, or Jello shots are allowed.
DJs must use the provided table and are allowed to bring only one speaker aboard. Microphones are not permitted.
Maximum of 50 people allowed aboard our party barges. Any additional guests will not be permitted, with no exceptions.
No Ticket Sales Allowed: Selling tickets for our barges for your “event” is strictly prohibited. If caught, you will be notified, and your trip will be canceled immediately without a refund.
The individual renting the party barge must be at least 21 years old if alcohol is to be brought onboard. If the renter is not 21 or older, alcohol consumption will not be permitted. By making this booking, the renter, if 21 or older, will assume full responsibility for all individuals consuming alcohol aboard the Party Barge. In addition, acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any underage consumption of alcohol, and agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption.
Fines if rules are broken:
Breaking chains on vessel - $50
Breaking life jacket carriers - $200
Excessive trash/debris cleanup fee - $100
Falling off or jumping off vessel - $500 and removal from vessel
Throwing others off boat - $500 and removal from vessel
Fighting - $500 and removal from vessel
Urinating on marina premises - $100 per infraction
Excessive noise on marina premises - $100 per infraction
Excessive time vacating marina premises – after 15 minutes, $10 per minute
Misuse of boat water slide in any way - $500 and removal from vessel
Noncompliance of Captain’s orders - $500 and removal from vessel
Any actions that require law enforcement involvement - $500 and removal from vessel
All damages and pricing are at the manager's discretion and are subject to sales tax.
RESERVATION POLICY:
Full payment by credit card is required for all reservations.
A valid ID matching the name on the credit card used for payment is required to redeem your reservation.
Rentals begin at the scheduled reservation time. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for parking, completing paperwork, and receiving instructions.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early returns.
RENTAL POLICY:
Customers agree to comply with all state and local laws, including those outlined in the Water Safety Act, as well as the rules and guidelines provided during the customer orientation at Riviera Marina.
The rental price includes fuel, all required safety equipment, and instructions.
No pets are allowed on any rental boats.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once the boat is booked and is paid in full, we will not cancel or change the date or time of the trip unless approved by marina management.
No-Shows will NOT be refunded.
WEATHER: Rain or shine! We will not put anyone in any inclement danger. We may delay, postpone, or reschedule the event if the weather is very severe, but this is determined by the management. Please show up unless you are told otherwise by management.
If weather conditions are deemed unsafe at the sole discretion of Riviera Marina management, the event will be rescheduled, or a refund will be issued.
In the event of lake closure by government authority, a full refund will be provided.
We regret that no exceptions can be made to these policies.
Arrival:
Please have everyone in your party arrive 30 minutes early to ensure a timely departure. Parking is available in the dirt lot on the right-hand side of the street, across from the marina. After parking, please walk down to the Party Barge. The person who made the reservation must check in at the Marina store.
This is an outdoor event. By booking with us, you acknowledge the possibility of inclement weather. Marina management will make the final decision regarding weather cancellations on the day of the trip. If the party does not show up on the scheduled day and the event is not canceled by management, you will still be responsible for the booking. Please note, weather-related cancellations are at the sole discretion of the Marina management, not the person who booked the Party Barge.
